Things to Do in Winter Park
Ski Mary Jane, ride Trestle Bike Park, follow the Fraser River Trail, or spend an easier day between the resort and downtown Winter Park.

Scenic and family day
Pair the resort gondola or alpine slide with downtown's Rendezvous Event Center, then look north to Fraser's recreation center and Wolf Park when weather changes the day.
Winter Park and Mary Jane offer different terrain
The Winter Park side is the easier starting point for lessons, green terrain, and long groomed runs. Mary Jane draws skiers toward moguls, trees, and steeper fall lines. Use the live report to see which lifts and connectors are operating rather than choosing from the trail map alone.
Summer splits between lift-served and valley riding
Trestle provides lift-served downhill trails, rentals, and lessons at the resort. The Fraser River Trail is the gentler valley connection, while town-side singletrack requires a trail map and a dry surface. Headwaters Trails Alliance treats a muddy trail as closed because tire tracks damage the tread.

Winter Park Resort's published summer calendar separates Trestle lift service from base-area activities. The scenic gondola, alpine slide, putting course, and disc golf suit visitors who want mountain views or a few hours at the base without renting a downhill bike. Each has date-specific hours, and weather can change operations.

Downtown Winter Park
Cooper Creek Square and the Rendezvous Event Center sit in the town corridor rather than at the ski base. They offer a meal, an event, or a short walk without turning a non-ski day into another resort activity.
Fraser
The Fraser Valley Sports Complex, the recreation center, and nearby trail connections widen the choice north of Winter Park. Check the exact location rather than treating Winter Park and Fraser as one walkable center.
