Take the train up, ski off the platform

4:00 PM

Stay at Gravity Haus Winter Park.

A downtown Winter Park hotel near Cooper Creek Square, with walkable restaurant and local-transit access outside Resort Village.

6:30 PM

Start with Hernando's Pizza Pub.

A long-running US 40 pizza pub with a casual dining room for families and groups after skiing or riding.

8:30 AM

Coffee before the lifts, not across the valley.

Coffee, espresso drinks, and light breakfast in downtown Winter Park for a quick stop before the lifts or the drive home.

9:00 AM

Ski Winter Park territory or Mary Jane by ability.

Use Winter Park territory for lessons and gentler cruisers or Mary Jane for bumps and steeper skiing. Recheck wind and lift status before aiming for Parsenn Bowl or farther terrain.

4:30 PM

Dry layers and return downtown before dinner.

A warm break and dry gloves make more sense than adding another lift queue after the group is tired.

7:00 PM

Reserve Deno’s or keep the meal casual.

Deno’s is the reservation dinner; Big Trout Brewing is the casual group choice near Cooper Creek Square. Confirm same-day hours after the lifts close.

8:00 AM

Start Sunday with The Perk.

Use The Perk for coffee or Fontenot’s when its current weekend breakfast hours fit, then keep the final laps near familiar terrain.

11:00 AM

Return by the same mode booked for arrival.

Rail travelers should reach the resort platform at the operator’s stated time. Drivers should check COtrip again before Berthoud Pass.
